Carter is over 28 days old! You say, "Big Deal?" Well, now we can go public! (According to the American Academy of Pediatrics (the Bible in our house) Any baby under 28 days that gets a fever for any reason, from any germ, has to be admitted to the hospital with blood work, urine catheterization, IV antibiotics, and a LUMBAR puncture. That is why Ben is so adamant about people keeping their newborns away from people and all their germs for at least that long. ) So, like I was saying, we are now free to get out of the house and naturally went to the zoo... what better place to expose our son to lots of germs? :) Don't worry, we still carry economy-sized hand sanitizer and expect you to use it if you come within 2 feet of our child. Anyway, we had a great time. And, Grandma and Grandpa Tippets were here to visit for 2 short days and came along. We loved having them and hope they will come back soon. Here are some pictures from the past week.

Congrats on your release. PS - I love your front pack and I have the same stroller as you!
that is great that you can get out and see the zoo. My kids love to see all the animals at the zoo!
Good Times! Nothing like going to the zoo for a little exposure. Can't be any worse than chruch.
